I take medication for anxiety but it unfortunately has side effects. Annoyingly one being tinnitus. I have a family history of hearing loss. Lara Beningson's thorough testing and examination was able to clarify that it was the medication and not a physical problem. She educated me on the autonomic and sympathetic nervous systems, and how they contribute to anxiety.
